OUR RE-OPENING PROCEDURES

Safer Members

  • LIMITED OCCUPANCY: We will limit the amount of members that have access to our facilities each day.
  • SANITIZATION UPON ENTRY/EXIT: Members and staff will be asked to sanitize hands upon entry & exit.. Increased sanitization stations will be available throughout the facilities.
  • WORKOUT READY RULE: Please arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before your scheduled workout/swim time.
  • SYMPTOM CHECKLIST: Anyone experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms must stay home. A list of symptoms as outlined by the CDC and displayed through the school facility for your reference.
  • TEMPERATURE SCANS: All members will have temperatures taken and complete a symptom check upon arrival. Members who are not feeling well will be asked to remain at home.
  • PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT: All members are required to wear face masks in our facility. For safety reasons, swimmers will not wear face masks while in the water, but will need to wear face masks in the locker room and pool deck. Fitness Center members will be required to wear a face mask at all times other than during the actual workout. Pool members are asked to bring a clean, separate pair of water shoes (such as Crocs, flip flops, or mesh water shoes) to wear while in the locker rooms, showers, and pool deck. Disposable masks will be available in our facility for $1 if you should forget yours.

Safer Team

  • SYMPTOM CHECKLIST: Any of our staff experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms must stay home. 
  • TEMPERATURE SCANS: All staff will have temperatures taken and complete a symptom check upon arrival for shifts. 
  • PERSONAL PROTECTION EQUIPMENT: Staff will don personal protective equipment, including face masks, at all times while in school facility.
  • AWARENESS & PREPAREDNESS TRAINING: Our staff play a key role in helping prevent the spread of coronavirus. They have been taught how to prepare for and respond to coronavirus.

Safer Facility

  • MEMBER LIMITS: We will start with 6 members per hour for the Fitness Center and Pool each. We will lessen the restrictions as the administration team deems it is safe to do so.
  • ENHANCED CLEANING PROCEDURES: We pride ourselves on our brand new facilities and have increased our daily and weekly cleaning regimen, including frequent cleaning of high touch areas throughout each day with EPA registered, virus killing disinfectants. We are accommodating our enhanced cleaning protocols during our closed hours of operation.We will also have hand sanitizing stations throughout our facility and disinfectant wipes and spray available for use.
  • PHYSICAL DISTANCING: Members are required to keep a minimum of 6 feet of distance from other members and staff at all times in all areas of the school facility. Swimmers are asked to stay in their lane, or keep a minimum of 6 feet from other swimmers. We ask families to remind young swimmers of this new rule. Fitness equipment will be marked ‘NOT IN USE’ to help spread members out.
  • SAFETY SIGNAGE: Decals and signs throughout the facility will share clear and helpful reminders and control the flow of traffic through the school facility.
  • ONLINE PAYMENT OPTIONS: We now accept credit cards and online payments, in addition to cash and check. 
  • LIMIT SHARING OF EQUIPMENT: Cleaning is a team effort! We are asking for your help to keep our area a clean and safe environment for all. Members will be asked to use disinfectant wipes or spray on touch points on the machines or equipment. Staff will also clean and disinfect all equipment after use, following a cleaning list schedule. Water fountains will not be available for public use. Please bring a filled water bottle with you.
  • POOL SANITATION: As always, we will continue to follow local and state regulations for pool sanitation to ensure proper disinfection rates. 
  • POOL RENTAL & SWIMMING LESSONS: All pool rentals and swimming lessons are temporarily suspended at this time. We will continue to follow the American Red Cross guidelines for safe swimming lesson return.

HOW TO GET SIGNED UP:

  • Pre-registration is required to sign up for your workout time, classes, or swim time. Registration for workout time, classes or swim time will be done through our new self service member portal. Members that have a registered email on file should receive notification (watch your inbox!) to get your member profile up and running. If you have trouble, please contact Janessa Henning, Pool & Fitness Center Director for assistance at (920) 478-3511. If you do not have an email registered with us, please connect with Janessa Henning to get your profile updated ASAP to receive these notifications. New prospective members should go to our JOIN US tab for more info.

  • Registration for all workouts, classes, and pool access will be allowed 48 hours before workout/swim time begins. Members without internet access can also call us at (920) 478-3511 and make reservations 48 hours prior. 

  • Fitness Center, all classes, and Pool will be limited to 6 members per hour at this time.

  • Members may arrive no more than 10 minutes prior to their scheduled workout time. Your workout time starts at the top of the hour.

  • Only 1 workout per day to allow for other members the opportunity to use the facility. Members will be allowed to workout for a maximum of 50 minutes per day to allow other members the opportunity to use the facility in a timely fashion.

  • Staff will ensure all members have exited before the beginning of a new hour.

  • No walk in passes (un-registered members) are allowed at this time.
